Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid BCBA certification required
- Previous experience or strong familiarity with cooperative programming in educational settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations across Early Childhood through middle school grades
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when partnering with educational staff and families
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to support a range of behavioral and instructional needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Support the implementation and monitoring of strategies for students in cooperative programs
- Provide direct and consultative services to staff, students, and families
- Collect data, evaluate student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Lead and participate in team meetings to foster integrated support plans
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
