Based conveniently near the Joliet and Plainfield, IL areas, you will work side-by-side with an engaging team and contribute your expertise in behavioral analysis within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and valid BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience or strong familiarity with cooperative programming in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations across Early Childhood through middle school grades
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when partnering with educational staff and families
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to support a range of behavioral and instructional needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of strategies for students in cooperative programs
  • Provide direct and consultative services to staff, students, and families
  • Collect data, evaluate student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Lead and participate in team meetings to foster integrated support plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
