Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Plano, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
• Active Texas teaching certification, including SPED endorsements
• Previous experience in special education, social work, counseling, or a comparable field
• Preferred backgrounds include school counseling, LPC, BCBA, psychology, or social work
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and support effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
• Collaborative, communicative, and committed to school-based solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and monitor individualized BIPs for students in need of behavioral support
• Conduct thorough FBAs to identify student needs and recommend targeted interventions
• Actively participate in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings to ensure alignment and compliance with student plans
• Provide guidance and support to classroom teachers regarding behavioral management strategies
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed
• Serve as a key resource for staff and families, partnering closely to create positive learning environments

This full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week, with starting pay beginning at $30 per hour and increasing based on your experience and credentials.
