Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of behavior intervention plan development and implementation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
  • Design and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff members
  • Offer training and guidance to educational teams and families as needed
  • Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and modify plans to meet evolving student needs
  • Ensure all interventions meet ethical, legal, and best practice standards
