Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention plan development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
- Design and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff members
- Offer training and guidance to educational teams and families as needed
- Monitor the effectiveness of interventions and modify plans to meet evolving student needs
- Ensure all interventions meet ethical, legal, and best practice standards
