Apply NowStep into a pivotal role for the 2026-2027 academic year, providing expert guidance and support as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In this part-time, onsite position, you’ll make a significant impact by working directly with students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22) and collaborating with a dedicated team of school professionals.
This contract opportunity spans from September 8, 2026, to June 25, 2027, with a manageable weekday schedule—Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm, including a 30-minute lunch break and a total of 20 hours per week. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and ensure that students receive the supports they need to thrive academically and socially.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification essential
- Completion of the 8-hour supervision training required
- Previous experience working within school environments preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering positive behavior change and inclusion
