A rewarding contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact in the educational setting during the 2026-2027 academic year. This part-time role (20 hours per week) centers around serving students in grades 7-12, including those up to age 22, by providing expert behavior support and program supervision on site.

As the school’s BCBA, you’ll play a critical part in fostering positive behavioral changes. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30am to 3:00pm with a 30-minute lunch, allowing for an excellent work-life balance throughout the academic year.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required; Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) considered
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision training is mandatory
  • Prior school-based experience preferred
  • Strong skills in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Ability to supervise teams of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and collaborate with school staff effectively

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and other paraprofessionals
  • Develop, implement, and monitor BIPs for students
  • Manage a caseload of students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22)
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to integrate behavior strategies
  • Ensure documentation and compliance with school and regulatory guidelines

This part-time position features competitive hourly compensation between $50 and $55, delivered through weekly pay. In addition, comprehensive healthcare benefits are provided for contract employees.
