Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Pleasantville, NY

Your expertise will guide behavior intervention initiatives for students in grades 7–12, including those up to age 22, ensuring the well-being and growth of learners who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site behavior analytic services in school settings.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and implement/support Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decision-making and ensure fidelity of interventions.
• Contribute to individualized education plans and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school procedures.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and completion of the required 8-hour supervision training (Licensed Behavior Analysts will also be considered).
• Previous experience working in school settings is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and guidance.
