Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time, Onsite

Are you a compassionate and dedicated BCBA looking to make a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral needs? We are currently seeking a full-time, onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team and support individuals in achieving meaningful behavioral, academic, and social outcomes.

Position Details:

Full-Time (Hours per week may vary)

Onsite Only

Caseload: Details provided during the interview

Must hold current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support programs

Provide training and supervision to RBTs, paraprofessionals, and support staff

Collaborate with families, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery

Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making and adjust interventions as needed

Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices in applied behavior analysis

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
