We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a supportive educational team with a local school around the Chappaqua, NY area for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ success through assessing behavior, developing behavior plans, and monitoring student progress.
Position Details:
· Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours per week
· Workdays: Monday-Friday
· Caseload: 7-12
· Start date: 9/8 until 6/25
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct, implement, and monitor evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
· Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of student eligibility for individualized services
· Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create effective interventions and behavioral strategies
· Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students
Qualifications and Experience:
· Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
· School-based experience preferred
· Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans

Compensation for this role can be between $48 and $60. Compensation is based on experience and location.
