Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Completed 8-hour supervision training (or be a Licensed Behavior Analyst [LBA])
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite, part-time (20 hours per week)
- Effective leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals
- Oversee and support implementation of BIPs
- Manage caseload for grades 7-12/up to age 22
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
