Desired Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision training
  • Prior experience in educational settings preferred
  • Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and manage Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Skilled in working with middle and high school-age students (grades 7-12, up to age 22)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise RBTs and oversee implementation of BIPs
  • Deliver services onsite within established school hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch)
  • Maintain a caseload of middle and high school students
  • Collaborate with school teams to ensure best practices in behavioral support
