Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Make an impact supporting young learners as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic PreK setting. This full-time, school-based contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple self-contained programs across 5-7 schools, providing teachers and staff with specialized behavior support and guidance. The role focuses on empowering educators rather than delivering direct services to students, giving you a platform to influence classroom strategies and optimize student outcomes.

In this role, you will lend your expertise to both the PreK department and a center-based school program, helping shape evidence-based practices in early childhood education. Key Qualifications:

• Active and current BCBA licensure required
• Previous experience supporting preschool- or elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong skills in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans
• Comfort collaborating with educators and support staff
• Fingerprinting per Florida state and AHCA Clearinghouse guidelines (details for verification or reprints provided during onboarding)

Role Responsibilities:

• Observe classrooms and recommend effective behavioral strategies
• Train, model, and assist teachers with data collection and implementation of interventions
• Analyze classroom data and provide actionable feedback
• Support development of Functional Behavior Assessments and plans
• Travel between assigned schools as an itinerant staff member

This contract aligns with the school year calendar, with work commencing mid-August and ending in late May, for 35 hours per week.
