Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Provide direct support and training to teachers and staff in ABA techniques and behavior management strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed, ensuring continuity of care and support
  • Document services according to school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
