Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous school-based experience or experience working with children and adolescents preferred
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Strong assessment skills and the ability to develop and implement positive behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Familiarity with data collection, progress monitoring, and evidence-based practices
• Ability to adapt to new environments and support multiple students or classrooms as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct support and consultation for teachers, support staff, and families
• Oversee the implementation and fidelity of behavioral interventions
• Train and coach school staff on behavior strategies and best practices
• Monitor data to track student progress and make recommendations for adjustments
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and progress
• Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
