Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention and data collection methodologies
  • Ability to develop and monitor individualized plans
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze student data
  • Design, implement, and monitor effective applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs
  • Train and support school staff and families in behavior intervention strategies
  • Deliver ongoing evaluation and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, educators, and related service providers
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with applicable regulations and school policies
  • Support crisis intervention when appropriate
  • Foster positive, inclusive, and productive learning experiences
