Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

  • Knowledge of current best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students with behavioral needs
  • Train and support classroom staff in implementing behavior plans and data collection procedures
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and collaborate with IEP teams
