With a full-time, school-based schedule of 37.5 hours per week, you’ll be instrumental in guiding positive behavioral change through assessment, plan development, and ongoing consultation. Caseload assignments vary and provide broad exposure to diverse student populations at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Desired Expertise & Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Valid state license
• Certification to work in school settings
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based roles strongly preferred
• Skilled communicator with a consultative, collaborative approach
• Comfortable working across varied age groups and educational settings

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine the root causes of challenging behaviors
• Develop and implement targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to student and team needs
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Collect data, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation for accountability and compliance
• Collaborate with IEP teams and attend meetings to ensure each student receives optimal support
