Primary responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students’ needs, designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and offering ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and entire school teams. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring progress monitoring, thorough data analysis, and comprehensive documentation, all while actively participating in IEP meetings and collaborative planning with fellow educators.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Valid state license as required for BCBA practice
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Expertise in teamwork, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and supporting student success

Key Responsibilities:
