As a valued member of the educational environment, your primary responsibilities will include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). You will have the chance to build strong collaborative relationships with teachers, paraprofessionals, and IEP teams, sharing practical strategies and providing targeted coaching. Your expertise will be key in monitoring student progress, analyzing behavioral data, and ensuring thorough documentation, positively guiding students toward greater success.
What we look for:
- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Valid licensure recognized in Oregon
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of working across elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth FBAs and produce actionable BIPs
- Provide ongoing consultation and professional development to school staff
- Engage with IEP teams and participate in student meetings
- Monitor intervention effectiveness through data tracking and analysis
