Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer consultation and hands-on coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
  • Track student progress, analyze data, and maintain precise, up-to-date documentation
  • Collaborate actively with IEP teams and contribute expertise during meetings

Qualifications:

  • Valid BCBA Certification—Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Licensure as required for practice
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
