Qualifications:
- Current and active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Licensed as required by state or applicable regulations
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school-based teams to ensure best practices
- Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data to monitor student progress and refine interventions
- Work closely with IEP teams, participating in meetings and collaborating on the development of student-centered plans
