Qualifications:

  • Current and active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Licensed as required by state or applicable regulations
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school-based teams to ensure best practices
  • Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data to monitor student progress and refine interventions
  • Work closely with IEP teams, participating in meetings and collaborating on the development of student-centered plans
