Key Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification (active and in good standing)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure if required
  • Comfortable working with K–12 student populations

Core Responsibilities:

  • Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to thoroughly understand student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and hands-on coaching to teachers and support staff
  • Track student progress, analyze data, and document outcomes to support ongoing interventions
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, contributing expertise in meetings and planning sessions
