Licensed Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Portland, OR

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required
• Credentialed and licensed to practice in applicable school settings
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in effective communication, collaboration, and consultation
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and caseloads across K-12 environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Consult and provide coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school-based teams for best practices in behavioral interventions
• Monitor student progress through data analysis and thorough documentation
• Collaborate actively with IEP teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches supporting student growth
