What We’re Looking For:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing
- Valid state licensure as required
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
- Strong organizational abilities for effective documentation and data analysis
- Adaptability to support the needs of a range of student age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform individualized support
- Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Serve as a resource to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams through ongoing consultation and coaching
- Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, participating in meetings and contributing expertise to guide decision-making
