This role operates within a school-based setting, offering a consistent full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. You’ll partner with both educators and families to foster the best outcomes for students in a variety of settings, with caseloads that vary based on district needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to guide student support plans
  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with IEP teams, participate in meetings, and help shape individualized supports
  • Provide ongoing coaching and consultation for teaching staff, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, monitor student progress, and maintain detailed documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Valid state licensure for practicing as a BCBA
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric environments strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with students from elementary through high school
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
