• Current, active BCBA credential

• Familiarity with functional behavior assessments, intervention strategies, and working with multidisciplinary teams

• Passion for supporting students, teachers, and staff through direct services and consultative strategies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform individualized supports
• Design, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation, training, and coaching to school teams, teachers, and paraprofessionals
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams, contribute to meetings, and provide professional recommendations
