What We’re Looking For:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing
  • Valid state licensure as required
  • Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
  • Strong organizational abilities for effective documentation and data analysis
  • Adaptability to support the needs of a range of student age groups

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to inform individualized support
  • Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Serve as a resource to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams through ongoing consultation and coaching
  • Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams, participating in meetings and contributing expertise to guide decision-making
