This full-time role (35 hours per week) runs from August 24, 2026 through May 29, 2027, with a daily schedule of 8:00 am – 3:30 pm. You’ll work directly with a manageable caseload of 10–15 students, providing invaluable support across five classrooms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (required)
  • Previous experience working in school settings is highly valued
  • Expertise in developing and implementing ABA strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in training and coaching adult learners
  • Collaborative approach, adaptable to staff support roles during absences or shortages

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a behavior specialist across five classrooms, mentoring teaching staff and paraprofessionals
  • Analyze student data to guide and model effective strategies for increasing positive behaviors and reducing challenges
  • Deliver real-time, in-classroom support, including hands-on demonstrations and immediate modeling of best practices
  • Follow up with clear, supportive communications to reinforce and maintain modeled interventions
  • Step in as classroom support during staff shortages or absences as needed
  • Provide expert training to educators and support staff during professional development days on topics such as data collection, behavior management, and visual supports
