Take the next step in your career, supporting students in the Norristown, PA area and its surroundings as a BCBA professional. This contract opportunity will begin in August 2026, with orientation possibly occurring in July. You'll work on a campus serving 14 students who require compassionate, expert behavior support—many present with physical aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors. Your expertise will be essential for supervising RBTs, conducting FBAs, creating and implementing behavior intervention plans, and developing training visuals for staff.

Enjoy a full-time schedule of 30+ hours per week, generally from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with at least four days onsite. Be part of a setting that values proactive, collaborative effort and be a key resource for both students and staff. The position offers $52.50 – $57.50 per hour, reflecting your specialized skills and the impact you make.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required; candidates with LBS credentials will also be considered
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise RBTs and other support staff
  • Skilled in conducting functional behavior assessments and designing behavior plans
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially when working with challenging behaviors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily behavior support for students with significant behavioral needs
  • Provide supervision and mentorship for RBTs
  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff; create visuals and resources for staff training
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
