Your expertise will help enhance the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD), creating meaningful impact every day.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• Experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and positive behavior supports
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Passion for creating inclusive, accessible learning environments for students with disabilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, design, and implement behavioral interventions for students with disabilities
• Partner with teachers, support personnel, and families to maximize student potential in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE)
• Deliver direct support and training to staff on ABA strategies and best practices
• Collect and analyze data to inform and adjust interventions as needed
• Advocate for the educational and behavioral needs of each student
