Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required
  • Previous behavior specialist experience in educational settings preferred
  • Comfort working with all grade levels
  • Flexibility and strong collaborative skills for multi-site assignments

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support for students across all school grades
  • Travel to assigned schools throughout the district as needed
  • Oversee and collaborate with assigned behavioral technicians
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and collaborate with educators and other specialists for student success
