Professionally, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with a dedicated team—currently four specialists with room for three more. You’ll work flexibly within different school environments, gaining immense exposure to diverse behavioral strategies, leadership styles, and collaborative approaches. Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Experience supporting students in educational settings highly desired
- Familiarity with supporting all grade levels is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple building assignments and work alongside behavioral technicians
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support and consultation across 24 schools in the district
- Collaborate with and mentor behavior technicians assigned to each building
- Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for students at all grade levels
- Work closely with educators and school leaders to foster positive student outcomes
- Flexibly adjust to varying school schedules, primarily Monday–Friday
