Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience supporting students in educational settings highly desired
• Familiarity with supporting all grade levels is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple building assignments and work alongside behavioral technicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support and consultation across 24 schools in the district
• Collaborate with and mentor behavior technicians assigned to each building
• Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans for students at all grade levels
• Work closely with educators and school leaders to foster positive student outcomes
• Flexibly adjust to varying school schedules, primarily Monday–Friday
