Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Princeton, Texas

Take on a meaningful role supporting students as a Behavior Intervention Specialist working in a dynamic school environment near Princeton, TX. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate to foster positive behaviors, address challenging situations, and empower students in special education and general education settings.

Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in behavior analysis, counseling, or social work along with experience supporting students in or outside of school settings. This is a full-time, contract opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week, with starting pay from $30 per hour and the potential for higher earnings based on experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred
• Current Texas teaching certification with SPED endorsements
• Experience in special education, counseling, social work, or a related field is crucial
• BCBA, school counselor, LPC, psychology, or social work background highly preferred
• Expertise in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled at conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans
• Lead and participate in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings, collaborating with teachers and other professionals
• Support classrooms in behavior management and provide crisis intervention as needed
• Serve as a resource for staff and families, helping to build capacity and understanding of behavioral supports
