Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Princeton, TX

This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) welcomes professionals passionate about making an impact and drawing on expertise in behavioral analysis, counseling, and special education.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Utilize your bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) to positively influence student behavior and development.
• Apply your valid Texas teaching certification with Special Education (SPED) endorsements.
• Leverage past experience in special education, social work, counseling, or a similar field to inform best practices.
• Benefit from a background as a school counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), BCBA, psychology, or social work professional.
• Design, develop, and support Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) catered to individual student needs.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify root causes and solutions for behavioral challenges.
• Participate and collaborate in ARD, IEP, RtI, and 504 meetings, providing behavioral insights and student advocacy.
• Offer classroom support to teachers, assisting with behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and responsive support as needed, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.

Starting pay is $30+ per hour, with the final rate depending on your experience and qualifications.
