Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (current and in good standing)
  • Experience working in educational/ school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Valid state licensure/clearances (as applicable)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral support and develop intervention plans for students in grades 1-8
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Monitor, collect, and report data on student progress
  • Attend meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all intervention and assessment practices
