Qualifications:
- BCBA certification required
- Experience supporting K–age 22 students with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Demonstrated skill in conducting FBAs and writing BIPs
- Proficiency in training staff and supporting classroom teams
- Familiarity with Safety-Care crisis management preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
- Train and support classroom teams in plan implementation
- Provide direct support using proactive, least-restrictive behavioral interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Monitor and analyze student data for programming decisions
- Participate in and help plan professional development initiatives
