Qualifications:

• BCBA certification required
• Experience supporting K–age 22 students with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Demonstrated skill in conducting FBAs and writing BIPs
• Proficiency in training staff and supporting classroom teams
• Familiarity with Safety-Care crisis management preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention plans
• Train and support classroom teams in plan implementation
• Provide direct support using proactive, least-restrictive behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Monitor and analyze student data for programming decisions
• Participate in and help plan professional development initiatives
