Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience serving individuals aged K–22 with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of developing and implementing positive behavior support plans.
• Ability to deliver staff training and direct support in behavioral intervention.
• Familiarity with Safety-Care or similar crisis intervention models preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Train, coach, and support classroom staff, teachers, and assistants in implementing individualized behavior support strategies.
• Respond proactively and effectively during behavioral crises using least restrictive interventions.
• Forge strong collaborations with educators, therapy staff, and families to foster student growth.
• Regularly monitor, analyze, and apply student data to inform programming decisions.
• Contribute to and participate in professional development activities across disciplines.
