Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience providing ABA services in schools or similar settings
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Knowledgeable about functional behavior assessments and developing/implementing positive behavior intervention plans
  • Professional, compassionate, and adaptable in dynamic educational environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and gather relevant data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure effective delivery of interventions and supports
  • Provide training, coaching, and ongoing consultation to school staff
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
