Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Provo, UT

Bring your expertise and passion for student success to a dynamic school setting as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this contract role, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, students, and families to design and implement evidence-based behavioral programs, helping students reach their fullest potential.

What you’ll bring:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and active, state-required credentials
• Previous experience supporting students in K-12 education or similar environments is highly valued
• Proficiency with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and data-driven analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary team settings
• Commitment to building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs and school schedules

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct behavior assessments and interpret findings to inform targeted interventions
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and support to teachers, staff, and families regarding behavioral strategies
• Collect and evaluate behavioral data to assess intervention effectiveness and modify plans as necessary
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate on student goals
• Serve as a resource and advocate for evidence-based behavioral practices within the school environment
