Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Demonstrated experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Skilled in developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
- Proven ability to supervise and support Behavior Technicians (BT)
- Prior work in a school or educational environment preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for students as needed
- Develop new Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and update existing ones
- Oversee and provide guidance to a BT, ensuring fidelity in implementing a short-term behavior plan
- Collaborate closely with school staff, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation related to assessments, plans, and interventions
- Participate actively in team meetings to review student progress and adjust interventions as required
