Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS). In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact in an educational setting, collaborating with a dynamic team to help students thrive. This contract runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2026, working a consistent 35-hour week, Monday through Friday with daily hours from 8:15am to 3:45pm.

You’ll be primarily supporting several elementary schools, with potential for schedules to include visits to different locations across multiple days. Administrators are committed to working closely with you to tailor your caseload to your strengths and preferences during the interview process, ensuring an optimal fit.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification in Pennsylvania
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children is highly desired
  • Comfortable traveling between multiple buildings as part of the weekly schedule
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying school environments
  • Commitment to the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student success
  • Provide training and consultation for school staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain thorough and organized documentation
