What you’ll bring:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Prior experience in school settings, supporting students across varied age groups and needs
• In-depth understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Proficiency with conducting assessments, creating and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, students, and families
• Reliable organizational skills for documentation and progress reporting

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate students through functional behavior assessments and collaborate on intervention strategies
• Design, oversee, and monitor individualized programs that support student behavioral and academic success
• Provide guidance and training to staff and families on ABA practices and behavior support techniques
• Maintain detailed records of services provided and student outcomes
• Consult with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic, student-centered care
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
