Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Quincy, MA

Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic educational setting supporting students with autism. This full-time contract opportunity is set within a K-8 school near Quincy, MA. You’ll have the chance to provide critical consultation and support across five autism classrooms, each with 6-8 students, working collaboratively with staff to foster an inclusive and effective learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid BCBA certification required
• Experience working in educational settings, preferably K-8
• Prior background with students on the autism spectrum strongly desired
• Ability to offer behavior consultation and support to teachers and paraprofessionals
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Highlights:

• Full-time position with consistent hours from 8:00 AM to 2:35 PM
• Serve as a consultant and resource to five autism classrooms
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
• Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure best practices for student growth
• Participate in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and assist with data collection and progress reporting
