Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Quincy, MA

Make a significant impact in K-12 education by supporting students across multiple school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. This contract opportunity stretches through the 2026-2027 school year and offers a diverse, collaborative environment near Quincy and Lynn, MA. What we’re looking for:

• Current certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Active Massachusetts LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) credential from the Allied Mental Health division
• Prior experience supervising and coaching RBTs, paraprofessionals, and teaching staff
• Strong skills in Functional Behavior Assessment and writing/modifying Behavior Intervention Plans
• Demonstrated success collecting, graphing, and analyzing data to support student growth; ability to present at IEP meetings
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Able to work 34 hours weekly and willing to travel between 2–3 school buildings within the district

What you’ll do:

• Carry a multi-building caseload, adapting support as needed for diverse student populations
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop individualized interventions
• Collect and analyze behavioral data, with clear documentation and progress reports
• Lead, mentor, and model effective behavioral strategies for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and educators
• Collaborate at IEP meetings, providing insight and strategies for ongoing student success
