Make an impact across all grade levels as an onsite BCBA working with a dynamic educational system serving PK-12+ students. This full-time contract position starts August 26th and runs through June 27th, offering the opportunity to collaborate in-person and provide meaningful support for students and staff throughout the academic year.

Ideal candidates bring strong expertise in behavioral analysis and enjoy the variety and challenge of working with a diverse student population. Your knowledge will help shape interventions, support teachers, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to foster student growth and achievement.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Prior experience in school settings or with school-aged children strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to adapt behavioral strategies for students across a wide age and developmental spectrum
  • Comfortable working onsite and engaging directly with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students across PK-12+ grades
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collect relevant data
  • Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families to create supportive strategies
  • Facilitate training and provide direct support to staff implementing behavioral interventions
  • Serve as a resource for positive behavioral supports and best practices within the school system
  • Document progress and maintain records in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
