Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time | Onsite

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position supporting students across a PK–12+ educational setting.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Assignment Dates: August 2026 – June 27, 2027
• Setting: Onsite only (in-person required)
• Caseload: District-wide support across PK–12+ grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Support implementation of behavior strategies across multiple grade levels
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to ensure student success
• Provide training and supervision to staff as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support planning

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in school-based settings across diverse age groups preferred
• Strong background in behavior assessment, intervention design, and data analysis
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills 

Compensation for this position ranges from $49.67 to $69.67. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
