This full-time, school-based role offers a dynamic environment for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact across elementary, middle, and high school settings in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of the educational team, you will work directly with students and school staff to support positive behavioral outcomes and foster an inclusive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual goals
• Providing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Monitoring student progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring accurate documentation
• Collaborating closely with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participating in meetings to advocate for student success

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred to navigate the unique challenges of educational environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with educators, families, and support staff

This position offers a structured schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with caseloads adjusted according to district needs, allowing for focused and effective support services.
