Elementary High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Raleigh, NC

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Hold current state licensure and appropriate credentials
• Ability to work effectively with students from elementary through high school
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to determine the root of student behaviors
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation, training, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in relevant meetings to support students’ educational goals
