Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) is required
  • Licensed and certified to practice within a school setting
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, staff, and families
  • Strong interpersonal, documentation, and data-driven decision-making skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
  • Provide expert consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain detailed documentation
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams and actively participate in meetings to ensure cohesive support for students
