In this full-time, contract position, you’ll enjoy a steady schedule of 37.5 hours per week while adapting to diverse caseloads determined by district needs. Every day brings a new chance to foster growth and positive change among young learners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students’ unique needs
  • Develop and implement data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer consultation and hands-on coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school team members
  • Monitor progress rigorously, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams and engage in meetings to support student success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communicator with excellent collaborative skills
  • Valid professional licensure as applicable
  • Adaptable and passionate about making a difference in educational environments
