Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of student behaviors
• Develop and implement comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual needs
• Offer consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school-based teams to ensure effective strategy application
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with IEP teams and actively participate in relevant meetings

Qualifications:

• Valid and active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
