Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify support strategies tailored to individual students.
- Develop and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Consult with and provide ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school personnel to promote effective behavioral interventions.
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and maintain precise documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Collaborate actively with IEP teams, contributing insights and participating in meetings as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued.
