Licensed Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Raleigh, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Licensed to practice as applicable
• Comfortable working with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Consult and provide coaching to educators, paraprofessionals, and support teams
• Monitor progress with robust data analysis and detailed documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, engaging in meetings and planning sessions
