Pay: $55-$65 /hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative school district team. This position follows a consultation and coaching model rather than providing direct ABA services. Responsibilities include completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing and supporting Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), collaborating with IEP teams, coaching school staff on evidence-based behavioral practices, and supporting Tier I, II, and III MTSS behavioral initiatives across multiple school buildings. The BCBA will work closely with district leadership and an experienced lead BCBA to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Active Illinois licensure/certification required
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, MTSS, and behavior consultation preferred
