Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to inform individualized plans
  • Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative behavioral services to students
  • Provide coaching and training to school staff and caregivers on behavior support strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school policies and procedures
  • Participate in student support meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
