Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Redwood City, CA

Ideal candidates will have:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children or adolescents, ideally within a school or educational environment
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop effective behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities include:

• Completing comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students referred for behavioral supports
• Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with teachers, related service providers, and family members to support student success
• Training and supporting staff on strategies, program fidelity, and data collection
• Keeping detailed and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing input on behavioral goals and progress
