Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred

- Ability to assess student needs and develop effective intervention plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to inform individualized plans
- Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavioral intervention plans (BIPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative behavioral services to students
- Provide coaching and training to school staff and caregivers on behavior support strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school policies and procedures
- Participate in student support meetings and ongoing progress monitoring
