Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and gather relevant data
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and support school staff on behavior management techniques
  • Work closely with families to foster consistency between home and school interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for student supports
  • Track progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
