Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – High School

Location: San Carlos, CA
Pay: $50.33–$62.78 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | 30 Hours per Week
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Grade Levels: 9–12+

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Analyze behavioral data and track student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families.
• Provide staff training and possible Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision.
• Travel between assigned school sites.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and evidence-based behavioral interventions.
• High school or transition-age student experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
