Professionally, this role will expand your toolkit as you collaborate with progressive school teams across two or three sites, supporting students in grades 9-12 and post-secondary programs. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of leadership and intervention strategies and strengthen your ability to deliver impactful services across different settings.

Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in schools or with adolescent and young adult populations preferred
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to support 2–3 sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with an average caseload of 10-15 per school year
  • Support grades 9–12+ (including post-secondary students)
  • Consult, train, and collaborate with school staff on behavior strategies and intervention implementation
  • Maintain accurate records and timely communication
  • Potential future supervision of RBTs
