Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within a school or pediatric setting
- Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and educators
- Familiarity with IEP processes and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Ability to promote evidence-based strategies and support classroom teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret findings to inform interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and coach educators and support staff in behavioral best practices and strategies
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams, families, and administrators to ensure student progress
- Collect, analyze, and report data on student outcomes, making timely recommendations
- Offer professional guidance and support to paraprofessional staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
