Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, active and in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans within a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and educators
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Ability to promote evidence-based strategies and support classroom teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret findings to inform interventions
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Train and coach educators and support staff in behavioral best practices and strategies
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams, families, and administrators to ensure student progress
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on student outcomes, making timely recommendations
  • Offer professional guidance and support to paraprofessional staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
