Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and make a difference throughout the 26/27 school year! Located near Ridgefield, CT, this rewarding full-time position spans from August 24, 2026, through June 24, 2027, serving elementary students in a supportive and collaborative school environment.

As a dedicated BCBA, you’ll work closely with a caseload of 10-15 students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade, including direct involvement with the elementary behavior class. Your expertise will support both students and the educational team, ensuring every child has access to individualized behavioral strategies and positive learning experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience with elementary (prek–5th grade) student populations
  • Proven ability to assess, develop, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Previous work in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
  • Compassionate, proactive, and flexible approach to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 10–15 students, supporting both general education and behavioral classrooms
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Oversee implementation of strategies by staff and provide guidance and training
  • Collect and analyze data to inform ongoing behavioral interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to educators and families
