Key Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged students.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and evidence-based intervention strategies.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to various student needs and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Core Responsibilities:

• Support a caseload of 10-15 elementary students, including direct service delivery and consultation.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to teachers and staff, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collect, interpret, and report on behavioral data to inform and adjust strategies as needed.
• Serve as a resource for the behavior class and collaborate with educational professionals to ensure best outcomes for students.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines.
