Your expertise as a BCBA will serve as a vital resource in leading a district-level behavior team, ensuring effective support strategies are implemented throughout the school year. Collaborate closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), students, faculty, and parents to promote an inclusive and supportive environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and mentorship of RBTs or paraprofessionals
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention plan development, and data analysis
- Effective communicator with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and supporting a district-wide behavior team to promote student success
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs to deliver high-quality behavioral interventions
