Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Solid foundation in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments for students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support positive behavior changes
  • Provide training and consultation for support staff and educators
  • Maintain accurate documentation, data analysis, and progress reports
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
  • Serve as a resource for district-wide behavior initiatives
