Make a significant impact supporting students with diverse needs by providing critical behavioral services across several districts in northwestern Illinois. This contract opportunity is ideal for skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) interested in either full-time or part-time flexible schedules. Multiple part-time assignments are available; professionals willing to travel between sites may opt to combine assignments for a more robust caseload. Service locations may include Algonquin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, Dixon, Kirkland, or nearby areas, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade during the academic year starting August 2026 through May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, nationally certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Behavior Analyst certification
  • Experience supporting K-12 student populations is preferred
  • Flexibility to work across multiple schools in an itinerant capacity
  • PEL not required for this opportunity

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, school teams, and families to support positive behavioral outcomes
  • Provide direct consultation and training for staff on implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor student data and adjust supports as needed for goal achievement
  • Travel between assigned locations as part of a dynamic, supportive team
