Embark on an impactful contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), supporting K-12 students across several districts in northwestern Illinois from August 2026 through May 2027. This role offers flexibility for full-time or part-time engagement and provides the chance to practice in a dynamic, itinerant capacity, covering districts such as Algonquin, Carpentersville, Hampshire, Dixon, Hiawatha, Kaneland, and St. Charles.
You’ll collaborate with educational teams to deliver high-quality behavior analytic services and make meaningful differences for students throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification issued by BACB
- IDFPR Behavior Analyst certification required
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong interpersonal, consultative, and organizational abilities
- PEL is not required for this position
- Ability and willingness to travel between multiple sites as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments for students and develop individualized, evidence-based intervention plans
- Provide ongoing consultation, coaching, and support for school staff and families regarding behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor and refine behavior intervention plans, ensuring student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports according to organizational and ethical standards
- Deliver staff trainings and professional development as requested
