A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available for a district-wide position in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students through evidence-based behavioral interventions within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide training to staff and families on intervention strategies to support positive student outcomes
  • Deliver crisis support when necessary, ensuring student safety and well-being
  • Implement Tier 2 intervention methods as part of a multi-tiered system of supports
  • Collaborate closely with the MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) team to coordinate services and supports
  • Participate in consultative and indirect services, including training and oversight as needed

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in educational settings
  • Strong skills in staff and family training related to behavioral interventions
  • Ability to provide crisis support and implement tiered behavior interventions
  • Collaborative approach when working with multidisciplinary teams

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract position with opportunities for both full-time and part-time candidates
