As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll work alongside dedicated educational professionals delivering vital behavioral services to students in a school-based environment. This contract opportunity offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference by supporting school staff, enhancing learning environments, and advocating for evidence-based interventions.

You’ll maintain a full-time schedule (37.5 hours per week), with your caseload tailored according to the unique needs of each district. Your expertise will be essential in providing direct support to students and consultation to staff, ensuring a collaborative approach to student growth.

Requirements and Desired Experience:

  • Current and active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • State licensing (where applicable for BCBAs)
  • Prior work in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Experience supporting elementary, middle, and/or high school populations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide coaching and consultative support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor progress, collect/analyze behavioral data, and document outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings, share findings, and collaborate on student planning
