Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Consult and provide coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Monitor student progress, perform data analysis, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with IEP teams and participate in team meetings as required

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed to provide services in a school setting
  • Previous experience working with children in educational or pediatric environments preferred
  • Familiarity serving a range of age groups, from elementary through high school
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
