Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Consult and provide coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
- Monitor student progress, perform data analysis, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams and participate in team meetings as required
Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed to provide services in a school setting
- Previous experience working with children in educational or pediatric environments preferred
- Familiarity serving a range of age groups, from elementary through high school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
