Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• Licensure to practice, as required
• Experience working in school settings, or with children/adolescents, is highly valued

• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Contributions:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to gather meaningful insights and inform interventions
• Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation, training, and ongoing support to school staff for effective plan execution
• Monitor progress, analyze behavioral data, and adjust strategies to ensure positive outcomes
• Engage as a collaborative partner in IEP meetings, sharing expert recommendations to optimize student support
