Take your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to a dynamic educational setting, working onsite to support students across all grade levels—from Pre-K through high school and beyond. This contract position offers a comprehensive caseload within a vibrant school community, providing impactful services over the entire academic year. Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Able to work effectively across a PK-12+ grade system
  • Strong skills in assessment, program development, and data analysis
  • Exceptional communication skills with a collaborative approach
  • Must be available to work onsite for the entire contract duration

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
  • Deliver direct services and model interventions for staff as appropriate
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data-driven methods
  • Provide staff training and consultation on behavioral strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with required standards
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school environment through proactive support

Position Details

  • Location: Onsite, within a supportive and engaging educational community near Rock Island, WA
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract Dates: August 26th – June 27th
  • Caseload: PK-12+ students, serving a diverse and rewarding population
