Shape positive learning experiences as an onsite BCBA working within a diverse PK-12+ grade system. As a critical support for students, educators, and families, you'll collaborate onsite to help students reach their potential throughout the academic year, from August 26 to June 27. This contract opportunity offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, with the chance to make a meaningful difference across all school levels.

Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience providing behavioral support in educational settings, preferably spanning early childhood through high school
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Must be available to work in-person throughout the entire assignment
  • Dedicated to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for students of varied abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behavior analytic services onsite to support students, staff, and families across districts
  • Assess, design, and oversee execution of data-driven behavior intervention plans for a diverse caseload
  • Collaborate closely with educators, related service providers, and administration
  • Train and mentor school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Engage in ongoing data collection, progress monitoring, and regular reporting
  • Partner with families and school teams to ensure continuity and consistency in behavioral supports
