Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric environments preferred

  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans
  • Familiarity with data collection, assessment tools, and progress management

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students
  • Develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs
  • Train and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families on intervention strategies
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and staff training as needed
