Step into a highly impactful role supporting students and faculty as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming 2026-27 school year! This contract opportunity offers a chance to make meaningful change through direct collaboration with teachers, counselors, psychologists, social workers, and fellow BCBAs. As an itinerant provider in an elementary school district, you'll address a spectrum of student behaviors—mild to severe—through expert analysis and team-driven support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support student success.
- Provide consultative expertise and ongoing support to address a range of behavioral challenges.
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- At least one year of recent, school-based BCBA experience.
- Current, active BCBA certification in good standing (BACB).
- Training in crisis intervention and de-escalation methods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Reliable transportation for itinerant travel within the district.

This position runs the full 2026-27 academic year, with a standard school day schedule (37.5 – 40 hours each week). Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $55 to $65 per hour.
