Key Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
- Ability to provide training and consultation to staff
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced educational environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and draft evidence-based intervention plans
- Deliver direct and indirect behavioral services to a diverse student population
- Lead IEP meetings as a behavioral expert and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
- Offer coaching, modeling, and ongoing support for classroom staff and families to implement behavioral interventions with fidelity
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with best practices, continuing education, and compliance requirements
