Essential Qualifications:

  • Must hold active BCBA certification
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
  • Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Capable of providing training to teachers, aides, and families
  • Demonstrated commitment to enhancing student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create targeted intervention strategies
  • Implement, monitor, and adjust intervention plans as needed
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to ensure positive outcomes
  • Deliver staff and parent training on behavioral strategies
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Serve as an ongoing resource for students, families, and school staff

Compensation for this position ranges from $52.50 to $72.50. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
