Essential Qualifications:
- Must hold active BCBA certification
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles
- Ability to develop and modify individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Capable of providing training to teachers, aides, and families
- Demonstrated commitment to enhancing student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create targeted intervention strategies
- Implement, monitor, and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to ensure positive outcomes
- Deliver staff and parent training on behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Serve as an ongoing resource for students, families, and school staff
