Key Qualifications:

• Experience providing ABA therapy and developing individualized behavior intervention plans in educational settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Oversee implementation of ABA-based behavior plans and monitor student progress
• Train and support teachers, aides, and staff in managing student behaviors
• Document services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
• Offer crisis intervention support as needed and adapt plans to emerging needs
