Key Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Strong expertise in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to provide training and consultation to staff

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and draft evidence-based intervention plans
  • Deliver direct and indirect behavioral services to a diverse student population
  • Lead IEP meetings as a behavioral expert and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Offer coaching, modeling, and ongoing support for classroom staff and families to implement behavioral interventions with fidelity
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, continuing education, and compliance requirements
