High School Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Russellville, AR

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA certification
• State licensure as required for practice
• Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Excellent communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
• Passion for promoting positive behavioral change and growth in students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students across multiple grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and consultation to school staff and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create a positive learning environment
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards
• Support crisis interventions and problem-solving when challenging behaviors arise
