Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA
• Experience in K-12 educational environments preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Ability to train and coach staff effectively
• A passion for supporting students of varied abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
• Provide guidance and training to teachers and paraprofessionals
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral insight
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines
