Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Board Certification as a BCBA
- Experience in K-12 educational environments preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Ability to train and coach staff effectively
- A passion for supporting students of varied abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families
- Provide guidance and training to teachers and paraprofessionals
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral insight
- Maintain documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines
