Key Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Ability to create and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educational teams, families, and students
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses to guide intervention planning
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of strategies
  • Provide ongoing training and support for educational staff and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate data collection and detailed documentation to track student progress
  • Offer consultation and support to ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
