Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Experience working in schools or educational settings preferred
  • Strong analytical and behavioral assessment skills
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with staff, students, and families
  • Capacity to manage multiple cases and adjust strategies as needed

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Design, implement, and evaluate effective individualized behavioral support plans
  • Work closely with teachers and staff to train and support intervention techniques
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningful insights for student success
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust strategies to achieve targeted outcomes
  • Serve as a resource for parents, providing guidance and resources as needed
