School BCBA Needed for Fall Semester

Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time School-Based Position

Near: Saginaw, MI

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students across a PreK–12 caseload in a collaborative school environment. The selected candidate will work closely with teachers, students, and support staff to develop effective behavioral interventions and promote positive student outcomes. Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Conduct behavioral and emotional analyses for students
Collaborate with teachers and students to build positive relationships
Provide behavioral consultation and intervention strategies
Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
Interview conducted directly by the Soliant team on behalf of the school district (No district interview required)
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the interview.

Full-Time
37.5 hours per week
August 31, 2026 – June 7, 2027
