What You’ll Do:

• Deliver behavioral consultation, coaching, and staff training
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in line with BACB standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights in IEP meetings
• Monitor student progress and regularly adapt interventions for optimal outcomes
