What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Deliver behavioral consultation, coaching, and staff training
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in line with BACB standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing insights in IEP meetings
- Monitor student progress and regularly adapt interventions for optimal outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working in schools is preferred
